The Harbour.Space Foundation Course is a pathway programme designed to support students as they progress into further academic studies. Choosing what to study at university is both important and challenging. During your Foundation year at Harbour.Space, you will discover the perfect balance between exploring diverse disciplines and receiving tailored guidance from world-class teachers, renowned experts, and industry leaders.

You will build your confidence as you improve your language, research, mathematics, and programming skills, and dive deeper into subjects that spark your curiosity. By the end of the year, you will feel ready to take the next step in your academic and personal adventure.

Choose Your Track: Tailored Learning for Your Future

As part of the Harbour.Space Foundation Programme, you can personalize your academic journey by choosing between two specialized tracks: the Technical Track and the Business Track.

The Technical Track is designed for students who are passionate about technology and want to build a solid foundation in mathematics, programming, and logical problem-solving—key skills for success in tech-driven careers.

The Business Track is ideal for visual, strategic, and entrepreneurial thinkers who want to develop their creative voice and business insight, making it a great preparation for future startup founders, designers, content creators, and innovators. Both tracks provide the freedom to explore your interests while offering the structure and support you need to grow academically and personally.

Business Track

This foundation programme is designed to help students grow both personally and professionally. It encourages self-discovery and builds essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. Students will learn to think critically and solve problems while gaining a basic understanding of economics, finance, entrepreneurship, and design. With a strong focus on creativity, innovation, and practical digital skills, the programme prepares learners to adapt confidently in diverse and dynamic environments, achieve academic success, and develop their future careers.

Computer Science Track

The one-year foundation program is designed to help students improve their skills in mathematics and programming before embarking on an intensive undergraduate degree in Computer Science. It gives students all the essential knowledge in programming, basic math, algorithms, and computer literacy they need to develop in information technology. The program helps students grow both personally and professionally by encouraging self-discovery and developing key soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. After successful completion of our Foundation Program, students are granted an automatic right to enter all technical undergraduate degrees at Harbour.Space.

Admission Requirements

• Age: 16+ (Students aged 15 may be allowed to audit classes in exceptional cases)
• Education: High school completion
• English: Minimum B1 level (CEFR)
• Documents: Motivation letter & passport

Your Learning Path & Guaranteed Progression

The course begins on September 8, 2025, and consists of 10 modules, each lasting three weeks. You will attend one three-hour class per day, with a focus on group projects, presentations as well as independent study. You’ll gain real-world skills that employers value.

Successful completion of the Foundation Course guarantees your progression into Harbour.Space’s Bachelor’s programme.

Based on your performance, some modules may be recognized as credits for your bachelor’s degree.
